Scott Sans, a fourth-generation real estate professional, grew up in an entrepreneurial home and developed a knowledge for strategic deal making. He further honed his real estate skills as project manager and head of acquisitions for an exclusive residential real estate developer in Malibu, California where he acquired, renovated and re-sold luxury residences ranging from $6 million to $35 million. Scott brings a dynamic, innovative and sophisticated approach to his real estate practice.
Scott grew up in Lafayette and Orinda, along with being a member of Moraga Country Club. He graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he played on the Division I tennis team. His competitive edge ensures that his clients will always have their best interest represented. Scott and his wife, Gina reside in Alamo with their two sons, Cole and Carter.
